Mission Christmas HQ Co-ordinator

Location: Aberdeen, UK. On-site temporary work throughout November and December, including physical gift handling and local driving.

What you will do

• Coordinate the daily operation of the Mission Christmas headquarters, receiving, sorting, and preparing donated gifts for collection.
• Manage volunteers and coordinate drivers collecting gifts from key locations.
• Liaise with drop-off points and partner organisations, including schools, refuges, and social services teams.
• Communicate with individuals, community groups, schools, and businesses supporting the campaign.
• Collect photo, audio, and video content for radio stations, social media, and digital platforms.
• Move and lift donated gifts as part of the distribution process.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of major social media platforms.
• Organised, flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting disadvantaged children.
• Current full clean UK driving licence and own transportation required.
• Ability to work in Aberdeen during November and December and handle physical gift-moving duties.
