International Co-ordinator (Spanish or Portuguese)

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound international repatriations.
• Liaise with overseas funeral homes, consulates, embassies, airlines, and government agencies.
• Prepare death certificates, permits, translations, customs forms, estimates, and invoices.
• Arrange flight and ground transport logistics and maintain accurate case records.
• Communicate sensitively with families and support them throughout the process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and global partners while ensuring compliance with international laws, airline regulations, and company standards.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish or Portuguese and English.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-critical cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Empathetic, professional, discreet, calm under pressure, and culturally aware.

Nice to have

• Experience in repatriation, logistics, aviation, or funeral services.
• Additional foreign language skills.
