Product Manager (Carbon Management): Driving the development of Corporate Carbon Footprint, Product Carbon Footprint, and decarbonization solutions with an accent on carbon methodologies, regulatory requirements, and scalable B2B SaaS products. Focus on translating complex calculation logic into product direction, balancing methodological rigor with usability and technical feasibility, and guiding features from discovery through delivery.
Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid work model with three in-office days per week

What you will do
- Own a defined area of the Carbon Management solution suite from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Translate complex carbon methodology requirements into clear product direction and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, compliance, and delivery teams to bring features from concept to release.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on product strategy.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to guide the roadmap.
- Balance methodological rigor, customer usability, technical feasibility, and commercial impact in product decisions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, or a related product role.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in a regulated or regulation-driven industry.
- Product mindset focused on standardized, scalable solutions for recurring customer needs.
- Comfort working with data models, calculation logic, software integrations, functional requirements, and technical trade-offs.
- Data-informed and collaborative approach to product decisions, combining customer feedback, usage insights, market developments, and regulatory developments.
- English fluency at C1 level required; German is a strong plus.
Nice to have
- Experience or domain knowledge in sustainability, ESG, PCF, LCA, CCF, or Corporate Carbon Accounting.
- Experience working in a regulated or regulation-driven industry.
- German language skills.
