Product Manager

Location: Hybrid work from the offices in Berlin or Hamburg, Germany, with flexible working hours.

hirify.global develops a software product and is hiring a Product Manager to turn customer and market insights into shipped product improvements.

What you will do

• Research customer needs, product usage, market trends, underserved audiences, and new use cases.
• Recruit and maintain relationships with customer interview partners.
• Analyze product data, write queries, assess data quality, and test alternative explanations.
• Turn opportunities into product proposals covering the problem, evidence, solution, trade-offs, and success metrics.
• Work with design and engineering to deliver initiatives, challenge product direction, and manage rollouts with beta customers.
• Measure adoption and customer value after launch, then feed the findings back into the product.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience conducting and synthesizing customer interviews.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills and genuine interest in customer conversations.
• Analytical judgment and confidence working with product data.
• A well-reasoned product perspective and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
• Demonstrated personal contribution to a substantial feature, positioning effort, strategy, product, or publicly shared expertise.
• Strong written and asynchronous communication, initiative, curiosity, and natural use of AI to make ideas tangible and accelerate work.
