What you will do

• Define and execute the global Service portfolio strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and lifecycle decisions.
• Drive portfolio competitiveness, profitability, long-term growth, and customer value across the installed base.
• Lead Product Lifecycle Management, Innovation Management, and R&D Governance for the Service portfolio.
• Use digitalization, analytics, and AI to improve lifecycle, obsolescence, portfolio, and investment decisions.
• Align Product Management, Service, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and regional stakeholders around strategic priorities.
• Lead and develop the global PLM-SV organization and strengthen the Service Engineering Excellence community.

Requirements

• Proven success leading global teams in complex matrix organizations.
• Extensive experience in Product Management, Service Portfolio Management, Product Lifecycle Management, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of service business models, portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and installed-base businesses.
• Excellent communication, influencing, customer-orientation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
