Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully onsite in Augsburg, Germany

hirify.global develops an AI operating system that helps renewable energy installers plan and sell solar, battery storage, and heat pump solutions and manage daily operations.

What you will do

• Own product areas from discovery and problem definition through prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration.
• Research customer needs, analyze feedback and usage data, and identify product opportunities for renewable energy installers.
• Design and prototype workflows, wireframes, and UI concepts, turning complex processes into simple and usable experiences.
• Set standards for usability, accessibility, consistency, and visual quality across the product.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholders to communicate requirements and make product trade-offs.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and product development, then measure outcomes and improve the product after launch.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product design, UX/UI, or a similar product-focused role.
• Strong product sense, customer focus, ownership, and ability to work through ambiguous problems.
• Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma and testing design ideas with users.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain product decisions, design rationale, and trade-offs.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Augsburg.
