Sales Representative and Brand Ambassador Child Safety - Hungary (m/f/d)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; regular in-store presence, travel within the assigned region, and work on 2–3 Saturdays per month are required.

What you will do

• Own technical expertise for the Child Safety category and ensure accurate safety communication.
• Drive sell-out growth through consumer consultation, in-store demonstrations, and technical selling support.
• Deliver product, safety, and installation training to retail teams.
• Maintain brand presentation, safety communication, and point-of-sale standards across retail locations.
• Strengthen retailer partnerships, expand active retail doors, and optimize distribution.
• Analyze sales performance, conduct competitor analysis, and provide actionable market insights to headquarters.

Requirements

• Professional experience in technical sales, field training, or retail environments.
• Ability to translate technical product information into clear consumer-facing messaging.
• Solution-oriented approach with credibility in safety consultation and advisory roles.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in Hungarian and English, spoken and written, is required.
