3PL Logistics Specialist (International Trade)

What you will do

• Ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality shipments of materials.
• Manage and analyze inbound quality.
• Coordinate logistics trade arrangements with hirify.global headquarters, engineers, 3PL and 4PL providers, and freight forwarders.
• Ensure 3PL operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Streamline workflows and optimize ways of working.
• Support 3PL and CSCM-related projects in collaboration with logistics stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in 3PL management and international trade in a global operation.
• Experience with quality control in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong written and verbal Japanese and English communication skills.
• TOEIC score above 700 achieved within the last year.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
