Fusion Platform Roadmap Delivery Manager

hirify.global is hiring for a Fusion Platform delivery management role focused on regional software delivery.

What you will do

• Own and run the delivery roadmap for an assigned region, including provider connection requests, provider launches, product implementations, and product changes.
• Coordinate with departments across the organization to track, report, and supervise roadmap delivery progress.
• Present updates to operators and vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Plan incoming requests and projects and help streamline project delivery.
• Lead kick-off and status meetings for development and operations teams.
• Coordinate environment readiness for deployment and testing while improving delivery predictability, efficiency, quality, standards, and ways of working.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English with excellent written and spoken communication is required.
• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, managers, team leaders, and developers.
• Strong analytical, presentation, multitasking, and project leadership skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday or Smartsheet.
• Experience implementing organizational change policies.
