Services Project Manager II (Payroll)

What you will do

• Create and execute end-to-end project delivery plans using hirify.global methodology.
• Plan, maintain, and monitor technical, business, and customer deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver project milestones and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Guide customers through payroll transformation, including discovery, implementation, parallel payroll runs, go-live, and operational handover.
• Support onboarding technical deliverables and ensure a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in a commercial environment.
• Project management certification and strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies.
• Leadership experience in business transformation projects.
• Understanding of system integration principles and strong exposure to software and service delivery.
• Strong customer service communication and delivery skills, with an interest in the global mobility and international payroll market.
