Associate Localisation Coordinator (Gaming)

Location: Bulgaria; most roles are hybrid with three days per week in the studio.

Creative Assembly is a game development studio within hirify.global creating long-lasting games, including the Total War franchise.

What you will do

• Coordinate localisation activities, schedules, budgets, milestones, and quality standards across assigned projects.
• Communicate localisation plans, timelines, risks, and delivery impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise kick-off meetings, project reviews, post-mortems, and other localisation discussions.
• Prepare and export text files for translation, coordinate external localisation teams, and import completed translations into the game.
• Provide builds and access keys, implement subtitles and text updates, and support localisation testing and regression activities.
• Investigate, triage, and resolve localisation issues while improving workflows and product quality.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in localisation, quality assurance, project coordination, or a similar environment.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems and work independently or collaboratively.
• Understanding of modern production workflows and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in video games, the games industry, and delivering high-quality player experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting localisation for shipped AAA game titles.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of the Total War franchise.
• Familiarity with translation management, localisation workflows, or localisation testing.
