UI Designer - Loyalty & Support (Retail)

Location: Hybrid role based in the London office, with rare occasional travel to the Welwyn Garden City campus

What you will do

• Design UI for large and small multi-platform projects, turning complex experiences into simple and intuitive solutions.
• Contribute to discovery, interaction design, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and production-ready design delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, writers, service designers, engineers, product managers, analysts, and business partners.
• Validate designs through usability testing, unmoderated testing, A/B testing, and customer research.
• Promote human-centred, inclusive, and accessible design across agile squads and digital products.
• Use and evolve the Digital Design System while partnering with engineering teams to review implementation feasibility and quality.

Requirements

• Exceptional UI and interaction design skills with a portfolio covering web, responsive, and native app experiences.
• Strong experience delivering high-profile customer-facing commercial design projects.
• High proficiency with current versions of Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for accessibility and meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
• Understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process and experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, organisation, and time-management skills, including proficiency with collaboration tools such as Miro.
