Process Engineer

Location: Spittal an der Drau Plant, Austria; onsite role

Procter & Gamble operates a production site in Spittal an der Drau that develops and manufactures solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations.

What you will do

• Analyze and develop production processes for manufacturing and packaging.
• Develop and implement production machines and systems.
• Execute product and plant tests.
• Improve existing production machines and automation processes.
• Plan, calculate, and implement technical projects while comparing development variants.
• Manage projects and progressively take personnel responsibility for line teams.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, teamwork, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Initiative and flexibility.
• Good knowledge of English and German.
