Shift Leader Electronics Manufacturing – 3-Shift (f/m/d)

Location: Eggelsberg, Upper Austria, Austria; onsite in a 3-shift operation

Salary: Minimum EUR 48,287.12 gross annually for a full-time position, effective May 2026

What you will do

• Lead and develop employees within the production shift team, including development discussions and contributions to personnel decisions.
• Ensure delivery schedules, quality targets, and performance targets are achieved during the shift.
• Monitor compliance with occupational safety, ESD protection, and workplace conduct requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the assigned area.

Requirements

• Completed technical education or vocational training, such as an apprenticeship, technical school, or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a production environment, ideally with initial leadership or coordination experience.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality.
• Experience with MS Office and SAP.
• Very good written and spoken German and willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
