Traineeship in Engineering, Quality, Production and Material Process & Delivery (m/f/d)

Location: Spittal an der Drau, Austria; onsite production-site role

Salary: €2,600 per month under the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Chemical Industry, employment group I.

Procter & Gambl is a global consumer goods company whose Spittal production site develops and manufactures solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations.

What you will do

• Work on a 9–12 month traineeship with complex technical projects and increasing responsibility.
• Develop and implement technologies supporting the production of consumer products.
• Develop new processes, creative packaging solutions, and new product models.
• Contribute to innovative technologies related to continuous release.
• Conduct sustainability studies related to packaging and packaging waste regulations.
• Collaborate with interns and production teams on technical and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4–6 completed semesters in a science or engineering discipline.
• Studies in electrical, mechanical, process, production, or industrial engineering; mechatronics; automation technology; plastics technology; chemistry; pharmacy; or physics.
• Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Above-average academic performance and extracurricular activities.
• Good communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork.
• Good knowledge of English and German.
