Sustainability & Climate Sales Specialist (Sustainability & Climate)

Location: Paris; the role covers France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Salary: EUR 104,000–135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Achieve revenue, renewal, and profitability goals across the FraBeLux market.
• Build and strengthen commercial relationships with institutional clients, including banks, insurers, pension funds, and asset managers.
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Engage clients consultatively and connect their priorities with Sustainability and Climate capabilities, including physical-risk considerations.
• Develop the sales pipeline, maintain accurate revenue forecasts, and monitor client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Client Coverage, Service, Marketing, Legal, Product Management, Finance, and the wider sales organization.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in results-oriented, target-driven sales organizations.
• Experience with sustainability and climate topics, including risk management, sustainability strategy, compliance, and product creation.
• Experience advising or working with financial institutions such as asset managers, banks, insurers, or consultancies.
• Knowledge of workflows used by insurance companies and banks to integrate sustainability and climate data.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, relationship-building, collaboration, integrity, and accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of sustainable-finance regulation.
• MBA, CFA charter, or master’s degree.
