Sales Support Coordinator (Pricing and Project Coordination): Coordinating customer support, commercial projects, pricing data, quotations, and communication between customers and internal teams with an accent on data accuracy, project execution, and stakeholder coordination. What you will do
- Coordinate customer, commercial, and internal stakeholder requests across local and regional teams.
- Lead maintenance projects across multiple categories, tracking milestones, deliverables, timelines, and project data.
- Maintain portfolios, project overviews, databases, base files, and internal system records.
- Support quotation preparation, price-list maintenance, and pricing-data collection, validation, and updates.
- Coordinate toxicology reviews, project logistics, and administrative activities while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple functions and provide timely responses to customer and internal inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent English communication skills required; French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management platforms.
- Experience supporting international or regional commercial teams.
- Knowledge of pricing processes, quotation management, and commercial administration.
- Experience in flavors, fragrances, ingredients, consumer goods, life sciences, or chemical industries.
