What you will do

• Lead the content strategy for Cybersecurity Dive and strengthen its position as a trusted resource for CISOs and other C-level executives.
• Manage reporters, including mentoring, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Direct editorial resources, budgets, newsletters, digital reports, and virtual events.
• Maintain high standards for journalistic quality, accuracy, and accountability.
• Build relationships with cybersecurity executives and represent the publication at industry events and conferences.
• Monitor audience engagement, assess market position, and recommend growth strategies in collaboration with the audience team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of cybersecurity journalism experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Cybersecurity technology and subject-matter expertise.
• Exceptional business reporting, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and resource-mobilization abilities.
