Corporate Development Associate

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $135,000–$160,000, plus variable year-end compensation.

What you will do

• Propose, research, and execute new business ideas.
• Develop creative and rigorous proposals for firm growth.
• Translate strategic ideas into structured plans and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage critical projects across the firm.
• Work with multiple teams to generate and develop new products.
• Contribute to corporate strategy and present recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree.
• Up to three years of work experience.
• Strong academic or professional achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations and updates for senior management.
• Previous finance knowledge or experience is not required.
