Senior Consultant, Transaction Advisory Services

Location: Remote

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and conduct buy-side and sell-side Quality of Earnings engagements from planning through reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and operational data covering earnings quality, working capital, net debt, and other transaction metrics.
• Identify and communicate financial risks, deal issues, and value drivers to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial due diligence reports and executive presentations.
• Manage virtual data rooms, coordinate information requests, and collaborate with clients, target companies, partners, and directors.
• Mentor associates and interns while supporting valuation analysis, transaction structuring, integration planning, proposals, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage projects, meet strict timelines, and solve complex problems with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
