Non-Tech Proj/Prg Mgmt - Ramp (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. The role is onsite and may require travel 25% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and schedules.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and share information with relevant functional teams.
• Manage material and financial resources effectively and collaborate with staff to maximize project and program productivity.
• Ensure compliance with engineering documentation, patent, confidentiality, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the function integrates with other areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems, assess multiple information sources, and apply sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus across teams.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and use required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
