Fullstack Engineer (Angular/Python)

What you will do

• Design and maintain frontend components using Angular and Lit HTML, ensuring responsiveness and usability.
• Own the integration layer between frontend and backend, consuming and contributing to OpenAPI-defined APIs.
• Implement targeted backend changes in Python and FastAPI to unblock feature delivery.
• Contribute to full-stack architectural discussions, from UI structure to API design.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in cross-stack code reviews.
• Integrate LLM APIs and implement UX patterns specific to AI-powered features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Angular and component-based frameworks like Lit HTML.
• Working proficiency in Python, including FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and containerized workflows using Docker.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Familiarity with LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic).
