What you will do
- Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a team of full-stack engineers.
- Own technical architecture and end-to-end design for Python full-stack applications.
- Design scalable microservices and event-driven systems using domain-driven design.
- Optimize database structures, backend APIs, frontend performance, security, and application costs.
- Drive code quality, test automation, CI/CD, cloud scalability, and release planning.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, clients, experts, and cross-platform teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in Python full-stack development with FastAPI, React, SQL, and TypeScript.
- Experience leading mobile and backend development teams and scaling engineering teams and processes.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, system design, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and DevOps automation.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML, big data, or analytics-driven applications.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and edge computing.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time data processing.
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech platforms.
