AI Engineer (LLM agents/RAG): Designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade AI agents and automation workflows across trading, risk, compliance, finance, and operations with an accent on multi-agent architectures, production deployment, and secure integration with internal systems. What you will do
- Design and build single-agent and multi-agent systems that plan, reason, and execute multi-step enterprise workflows.
- Develop reusable agent patterns, deploy agents on Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI, and manage secure execution environments and sessions.
- Integrate agents with internal data platforms, APIs, and services using RAG pipelines, vector databases, and structured knowledge layers.
- Own agent releases, including prompt and configuration versioning, staged rollouts, canary releases, and production operation.
- Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring for accuracy, task completion, reliability, cost, latency, and performance.
- Implement human-in-the-loop approvals, fallbacks, guardrails, audit trails, explainability, and protections against unsafe actions and data leakage.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and agent systems.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with API development, microservices, tool orchestration, multi-step reasoning workflows, and goal-driven AI systems.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines, and production guardrails.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, production deployment, and observability tooling.
- Understanding of cost, latency, performance, security, data access, and regulatory trade-offs in LLM systems.
