What you will do

• Develop, fine-tune, scale, and deploy open-weight AI models such as Llama and Mistral for wholesale and retail bankhirify.global risk management.
• Evaluate and monitor GenAI systems for hallucinations, quality, and model drift.
• Architect high-precision Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for internal policies, regulations, and documentation.
• Build NLP pipelines that extract transaction patterns, legal clauses, and other signals from documents, PDFs, OCR outputs, and unstructured text.
• Design agentic workflows with LangChain or LangGraph and write modular, testable Python code for reproducible deployment.
• Align AI-powered lifecycle management with model suites across different risk domains.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mathematics, economics, or an equivalent field.
• 7+ years of experience in risk management and technically mature credit risk modellhirify.global skills.
• Advanced Python and SQL, plus PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Hugghirify.globalFace, Transformers, PEFT, LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector stores, and RAG pipeline optimization.
• Experience with GCP, includhirify.global Vertex AI and Workbench, Azure DevOps, Git, Pipelines, and end-to-end data-to-deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI risk governance, Agile/Scrum, structured and unstructured data governance, and the “You Build It, You Run It” philosophy.
