Senior Health Representative (Vaccines Center - North region)

Location: Hybrid; based in Hanoi or Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, with responsibility for metro and regional areas

What you will do

• Manage a customer database covering hospitals, health centers, target organizations, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and senior decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report market intelligence to the supervisor and marketing team.
• Create weekly, monthly, and daily plans, including virtual or onsite symposiums for healthcare professionals and direct-to-consumer marketing activities.
• Develop and execute account plans, value propositions, sales calls, and marketing programs across the assigned territory.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, address product complaints, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• 2–3 years of field force experience.
• Analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and connect with customers virtually and in person.
• Understanding of digital tools and willingness to continue learning and upskilling.
• Must be based in Hanoi or Thanh Hoa and able to work in a hybrid setup.
