Senior Health Representative (Oncology - South)

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam; work across metro and regional areas and travel across provinces as required

What you will do

• Build and lead long-term consultative relationships with healthcare professionals and key account stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account plans across a designated oncology portfolio and geographical territory.
• Provide objective, scientifically sound information about hirify.global medicines, diseases, therapies, and relevant educational programs.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global digital services and provide support through both in-person and virtual channels.
• Coordinate with Virtual Health Representative, Key Account Management, subject matter expert, and Integrated Account Teams.
• Manage annual targets, commercial support, customer insights, budgets, and compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• University or college degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• 2–3 years of field-force experience, including oncology experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work across provinces in Vietnam.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals and navigating hospital, secondary-care, and/or primary-care environments.
• Analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, communication, commercial, and business skills.
• Strong digital capabilities, adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset, and compliance focus.

• Good command of English.
