Lead Technical Program Manager (Quality & Compliance)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a small technical program management team focused on quality and compliance.
• Drive company-wide initiatives covering ASPICE, security, data privacy, and operational safety.
• Partner with engineering, product, safety, security, privacy, legal, and operations leaders across functions.
• Translate complex requirements into practical, low-overhead processes and governance models.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, audit readiness, escalations, and operational reviews.
• Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and delivery progress using metrics and evidence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering quality, compliance, or process programs as a technical program manager.
• Experience building or scaling program functions and directly managing, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong communication, influence, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to design simple processes, structure ambiguous problems, and connect programs to business outcomes.
• Pragmatic, creative, adaptable, and comfortable balancing mandatory requirements with delivery speed.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model from London or Leonberg.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, SOTIF, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Background in automotive, autonomous vehicles, robotics, safety-critical, security, privacy, or another regulated domain.
• Engineering or computer science degree, or previous engineering experience.
