TL;DR
TPM Director, EMEA (Data Centers): Leading enterprise-level, multi-domain programs across EMEA data center operations with an accent on program architecture, cross-program integration, and operational reliability. Focus on sequencing concurrent initiatives, mitigating systemic risk, advising senior leaders, and improving technical program governance.
Location: London, England; travel of up to 20% is expected and may increase over time.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs across EMEA Operations, including Site Operations, Reliability Engineering, Project Execution, and Customer Experience.
- Define program architecture, sequencing strategies, dependency alignment, integration gates, and governance frameworks.
- Evaluate cross-program interdependencies, identify systemic reliability and scaling risks, and establish mitigation strategies.
- Advise senior operational and technical leaders on tradeoffs, feasibility, prioritization, and execution strategy.
- Present executive-ready updates covering systemic risk, operational impact, and key decisions.
- Define TPM standards, mentor Technical Program Managers, and improve delivery maturity across EMEA Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
- Experience managing enterprise initiatives with multiple intersecting workstreams and resolving cross-program dependencies.
- Experience influencing senior operational and technical stakeholders without direct authority.
- Advanced systems thinking, sequencing, execution architecture, systemic risk mitigation, and cross-functional conflict resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of data center infrastructure models and operational reliability frameworks is preferred.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting automation-enabled or AI-driven operational environments.
