Focus on building cross-functional strategies, solving scale-up bottlenecks, coordinating product and engineering execution, and landing outcomes across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Finance, and People.
Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

is building a cognitive robotics platform for robots that can see, reason, and act alongside people in factories, hospitals, and homes.
What you will do
- Lead strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including growth strategy, product and technology roadmaps, new business setups, and organizational design.
- Translate high-level product visions into roadmaps with milestones and provide leadership visibility into releases, dependencies, risks, and progress.
- Build business cases for new products, spin-offs, country expansions, partnerships, and M&A, coordinating operational, technical, legal, and organizational execution.
- Work directly with product teams to assess operational realities, prepare strategic decisions, and ensure decisions are implemented.
- Act as the interface between Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, and People.
- Represent the CEO Office with senior partners, suppliers, investors, and external counterparts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, strategy consulting, corporate development, or scale-up operations.
- Experience in robotics, machinery, software, AI, systems engineering, mechatronics, or manufacturing processes is relevant.
- Technical education or equivalent depth in a technical field, with the ability to translate between engineering realities and business decisions.
- Proven ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem framing through execution and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, business cases, market sizing, and P&L thinking.
- Business-fluent English and German are required. Strong executive communication and discretion with sensitive information are expected.
