Autonomous Vehicle Program Manager, Continuous Improvement (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: London, United Kingdom; Hybrid. Must be authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship. The role requires travel 20% of the time and availability outside normal office hours.

What you will do

• Monitor and report fleet health across safety, efficiency, compliance, and operational performance.
• Develop KPI inputs and advanced analyses to guide operational adjustments and long-term technical solutions.
• Manage cross-departmental projects supporting on-ground fleet operations and partner programs.
• Develop standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and change-management processes.
• Identify operational trends and lead pilots and experiments to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Lead communications and implementation plans for complex business-driven programs, tracking their effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an additional 2+ years of relevant program-management experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, project management, industrial engineering, vendor management, or relevant outsourcing engagements.
• Experience delivering complex projects and managing change with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean frameworks; Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Experience with strategy, project management, data analysis, spreadsheets, and financial modelling.
• UK work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for operations and problem solving.
• Familiarity with Asana for project management.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle or robotics companies, fleet operations, ride-hailing, or logistics partnerships.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up and a professional network in the mobility industry.
