Programme Manager

What you will do

• Manage large digital transformation programmes from pre-sales and inception through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Align individual project outcomes with clients’ strategic goals and oversee planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary programme teams, manage dependencies and constraints, and improve delivery efficiency.
• Track programme budgets, support forecasting and estimating, and ensure effective use of financial resources.
• Coach client and hirify.global teams in Agile practices and principles while establishing effective governance.
• Lead client-facing activities, proposals, and senior stakeholder communication up to C-suite level.

Requirements

• Experience delivering £5m–£10m digital transformation and technology-enabled change programmes in a client-facing digital solutions environment.
• Deep career experience in digital or software delivery, with visible organisational leadership and impact beyond delivery execution.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, including CXOs.
• Experience applying Agile, Lean UX, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Design Sprints, or programme management approaches according to the delivery challenge.
• Experience supporting new business wins through client discovery, team and approach design, planning, cost modelling, and proposal writing.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in retail ecommerce or travel.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, DAD, or other documented delivery methods.
