Director of Partnerships and Technology Alliances (AI, Data & Cloud)

hirify.global is an EdTech platform that helps individuals and enterprises develop data and AI skills through online learning, hands-on training, and expert-led content.

What you will do

• Own the partnership strategy for hirify.global's curriculum, including content providers, technology vendors, and expert instructors.
• Source, negotiate, and close licensed content, co-branded content, vendor certification, and instructor partnerships.
• Build senior relationships across the AI, data, and cloud ecosystem.
• Work with curriculum, product, legal, and marketing teams to turn signed agreements into live learning content.
• Define partnership quality standards, track performance, and decide which partnerships to expand or retire.
• Hire, coach, and grow a partnerships team while managing a portfolio of strategic relationships.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing personally led deals.
• Deep knowledge of the AI, data, and cloud ecosystem.
• Experience in education, EdTech, or enterprise learning and development.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including licensing, revenue share, and content rights.
• Ability to build a function from near-scratch and collaborate effectively with content, product, and legal teams.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with AI and data technology vendors, certification bodies, or subject-matter experts.
• Deep understanding of the hirify.global course format.
• Experience as a technical educator or curriculum developer.
