What you will do

• Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits at transistor level, focusing on functionality, power efficiency, and reliability.
• Lead the implementation of analog and mixed-signal modules and subsystems from system requirements to optimized circuit solutions.
• Define architectures and technical specifications and drive design, verification, and validation throughout the development cycle.
• Develop test strategies and test case definitions for design validation, characterization, and production readiness.
• Integrate analog IP into chip-level designs and support floorplanning, layout, physical integration, and analog-digital interaction.
• Create and maintain behavioral models with Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Liberty for digital design flows, simulation, and early verification.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
• At least three years of industrial experience in analog and/or mixed-signal integrated circuit design; more extensive experience is welcomed for senior-level positions.
• Deep understanding of CMOS transistors and analog circuits, with a strong theoretical background in analog and mixed-signal design.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and driving solutions to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
