Field Service Specialist - Liquid Cooling

Location: Jessheim, Norway; regional coverage across Europe with 50–70% international travel to customer data center sites. The role allows working 100% remotely between field assignments.

Annual gross compensation: NOK 652,900–979,300.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and provide warranty support for high-density liquid cooling products at customer data centers.
• Travel to international customer locations and represent hirify.global as a trusted technical point of contact.
• Deliver product and technical training and communicate clearly during updates, reviews, and troubleshooting discussions.
• Support project planning by defining tasks, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineers and CAD designers on prototype and pilot design projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center maintenance and installation, ideally with high-density liquid cooling products.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, pipefitting, heat transfer, and numerical methods.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and proficiency with CAD software and Visio.
• Familiarity with NEC, IEC, and IEEE standards and regulations.
• Basic knowledge of power distribution, heat tracing, or control and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently through standard processes.
