Manufacturing Executive (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage in-process and outgoing quality, product non-conformance, and material dispositions.
• Identify systematic process and equipment problems and drive corrective improvements.
• Review raw-material readiness and schedule production runs to prevent material-related disruptions.
• Coordinate process and equipment teams to maintain quality and equipment performance.
• Lead FIF projects and develop systemic actions aligned with quality strategies.
• Control material FIFO, age lots, MCT, quality incidents, scrap, and related dispositions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, process quality, or quality product disposition.
• Confident people management and excellent team leadership skills.
• Analytical, risk-based thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, results orientation, creativity, and innovation.
