Manager, Manufacturing

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional operational teams to streamline processes, improve product quality, maximize yield, and increase operational efficiency.
• Design and implement process monitoring frameworks and key performance indicators for proactive risk management.
• Integrate new processes and systems into manufacturing operations while meeting quality standards and delivery commitments.
• Drive collaboration across operations, quality, engineering, and other business functions.
• Strengthen process capability, minimize variation, and sustain operational excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in operations, process engineering, or a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• At least 10 years of experience in leadership or managerial roles involving operations teams across multiple functions.
• Experience with process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management.
• Experience with operational process control, system implementation, and transferring new processes into production.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, engineering, and other business functions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
