Sr Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process development requirements.
• Establish standard operating procedures and failure mode and effects analyses for related processes.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver organizational goals.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and contribute to additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Technical university degree in engineering or a related specialized discipline.
• BS with 2–4 years of experience, MS with 1–3 years, or PhD with 0–1 year of experience.
• Fundamental knowledge in a specialized technical discipline and proficiency with standard engineering methods.
• Ability to analyze and resolve moderate-scope engineering problems.
• Ability to participate in technical teams and coach students.
• Work location: Penang, Malaysia.
