Associate Engineer, Process Engineering (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Establish SOPs and FMEAs for related processes.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Higher education or specialized training or certification.
• Substantial understanding of the role and the ability to complete a variety of technical tasks.
• Experience, including project experience, applying technical knowledge to process, system, and equipment assignments.
• Ability to identify and clarify problems, assess defined solution options, and work on complex processes, systems, and equipment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with co-workers, managers, internal customers, and suppliers.
