Senior Renewals Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore; assigned territory includes ASEAN and ANZ.

What you will do

• Manage up to 50–75 customer accounts through renewal and retention cycles.
• Meet or exceed assigned renewal revenue targets.
• Negotiate, protect, and grow renewal revenue across the assigned territory.
• Drive accurate, on-time contract renewals in line with internal processes.
• Maintain deal progression updates in Salesforce from Quote to Close.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, Customer Success, Channel Partners, leadership, and customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
• Experience in a competitive, sales-driven environment with a record of high achievement.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with channel sales and direct sales is valuable.
• A positive, flexible, curious, and proactive attitude.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is desirable.

Nice to have

• SaaS or high-tech sales experience.
• Cybersecurity experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in additional regional languages.
