What you will do
- Define digital trading strategies, commercial priorities and growth plans across allocated brands and customer segments.
- Lead annual trading strategies, seasonal plans, promotional frameworks, performance targets and reporting governance.
- Use customer insight, market trends and performance data to identify revenue, customer experience and profitability opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics and Commercial teams to influence roadmaps and digital trading initiatives.
- Define future capabilities in automation, AI, personalisation and digital tools, and build business cases for investment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing trading team while advising senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading digital trading, ecommerce or digital commercial functions.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability with experience managing revenue and growth performance.
- Experience developing digital strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, customer behaviour, optimisation and emerging digital technologies.
