Senior Ecommerce Executive

Location: Hybrid, Rochdale, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom; regular attendance at the Head Office is expected.

What you will do

• Support the Digital Trade Manager in executing ecommerce trading strategy to improve conversion, revenue, margin, and customer experience.
• Own day-to-day onsite trading across priority categories, campaigns, launches, promotional activity, and brand moments.
• Manage site merchandising performance across navigation, product listing pages, search, collections, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance and customer behaviour to identify commercial opportunities and translate insights into action.
• Support forecasting, trading reports, performance reviews, SEO-led content initiatives, and onsite search optimization.
• Coordinate with Creative, UX, CRM, Buying, Merchandising, and affiliate teams while troubleshooting onsite issues and monitoring stock, sell-through, and margin.

Requirements

• Senior experience in ecommerce trading, preferably in fashion or a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of onsite merchandising, CRO principles, ecommerce platforms, and ecommerce best practices.
• Confidence using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GA4.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Analytical, commercially driven, highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate across functions.
