Senior Ecommerce Executive (Beauty Subscriptions)

What you will do

• Support homepage, landing page, and onsite merchandising execution across subscription businesses.
• Ensure content, products, and offers are accurate and launched on time.
• Set up offer types independently and support colleagues with implementation.
• Coordinate campaign and promotional activity with Marketing and CRM.
• Produce daily and weekly performance reports, monitor KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Use data to influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR, and Traffic while collaborating with Ecommerce, Marketing, Sourcing, and Operations.

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce, digital, marketing, or a relevant placement.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse and manipulate data to explain the reasons behind trading actions.
• Ability to prioritise and manage an independent workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to the audience.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, drive process improvements, and take accountability for work quality.
