Ecommerce Manager (Automotive)

Location: Full-time, office-based role at the head office in Wootton, Bedford, UK; access to a vehicle is required.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver ecommerce strategy to increase leads, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Own website performance, user journeys, conversion rates, and the overall digital experience.
• Launch new digital products and services and support successful go-to-market delivery.
• Manage paid digital campaigns with agency partners and maximise return on investment.
• Analyse website and customer data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Product, and Commercial teams on digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or performance marketing with a strong commercial focus.
• Demonstrated success managing ecommerce websites to improve conversion, leads, and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, CRO, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
• Experience working with digital agencies, campaign performance, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking, and personalisation tools.
• Experience launching or scaling digital products, services, or campaigns.
• Ability to work from the office in Wootton, Bedford, with access to a vehicle.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the UK automotive industry.
• Formal project management experience or qualifications.
