Senior Manager, SAP Product Marketing (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere in Germany. Candidates based in Frankfurt work in a hybrid model with two days per week in the Frankfurt office.

What you will do

• Drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for hirify.global and SAP solutions across geographies, industries, and personas.
• Create product presentations, guides, technical briefs, and sales enablement tools.
• Train field teams and identify gaps in enablement coverage.
• Represent hirify.global at industry conferences and company events to build demand.
• Track content effectiveness metrics and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Sales, and Product teams on strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in high-tech or enterprise software, product marketing, or product management.
• Experience creating and independently executing go-to-market strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, business planning, and execution skills.
• Strong positioning, storytelling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for market insights, content development, and go-to-market execution.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Nice to have

• Partner or alliance marketing experience.
• Experience with the SAP ecosystem.
