Working Student (f/m/d) - SAP Data & Analytics

What you will do

• Support end-to-end preparation of board meetings, including presentations, pre-read materials, distribution, and responses to requests.
• Maintain action-item lists, follow up with owners, escalate delays, and compile program status updates.
• Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and background materials for customer engagements.
• Support Executive Management Office projects, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and ad hoc requests.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership events, offsites, and external engagements.

Requirements

• Current student at a university or university of applied sciences.
• Studies in economics, international management, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Structured, organized, flexible, confidential, and integrity-driven working style.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with professional conduct toward colleagues and customers.
• Good PowerPoint and design skills; developer skills are not required.
• Solid written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and maintain a strong focus on operational excellence.
