Expansion Working Student (German-speaking)

Location: Paris or Berlin, with hybrid working available in Paris; travel for field tests may be required.

Salary: €15/hour, or €2,300–2,400 gross per month based on a 40-hour week.

What you will do

• Plan projects required to launch hirify.global-enabled mobility services for new partners.
• Lead testing efforts for global launches and provide ongoing implementation support.
• Collect and communicate feedback to the engineering team to improve the product.
• Use product, operations, and marketing expertise to help partners adopt hirify.global’s technology.
• Collaborate with teams in Berlin, Paris, London, and New York to test and implement product improvements.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, take responsibility, and work across different types of projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with varied stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German at C2 level or above is required.
• Availability to travel for field tests when needed.
