Manager PMO (Business Transformation)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; regular mobile working is possible.

What you will do

• Own one or more PMO services, such as resource management, and ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and maintain PMO standards, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and project management methodologies.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and critical issues, assess their impact, and support informed decision-making.
• Advise project leaders, stream leads, and senior stakeholders on planning, monitoring, controlling, and resolving complex project challenges.
• Coach project teams through training, onboarding, workshops, and guidance on project management best practices.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation, knowledge management, and collaboration environments using JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, transformation management, or related project delivery roles in large-scale international projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Structured, self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent English required. German is advantageous.
