TL;DR
Data Product Manager (iLottery): Building governed data products, semantic models, dashboards, APIs, data feeds, and monitoring capabilities for regulated online gaming with an accent on data quality, cloud architecture, governance, and actionable analytics. Focus on managing the full product lifecycle, defining data contracts and controls, coordinating engineering and BI delivery, and improving observability of production data products.

What you will do
- Partner with lottery customers and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, decisions, and challenges.
- Translate business needs into scalable, trusted, and actionable data solutions.
- Own data product initiatives across discovery, development, delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Define reusable data products, including governed datasets, semantic models, dashboards, APIs, data feeds, monitoring, alerting, and self-service capabilities.
- Establish data contracts, quality rules, lineage, metadata, ownership, access controls, retention, and monitoring with engineering and governance teams.
- Prioritize the backlog and coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, BI, QA, Architecture, and platform teams.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience managing data products or data and analytics solutions.
- Experience with data modeling, infrastructure, analytics, data pipelines, ELT workflows, and cloud data architectures.
- Experience with platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, dbt, Airflow, or similar technologies.
- Ability to work with SQL queries and data models, plus knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, regulatory reporting, and responsible data use.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik, and with Agile product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, economics, or information technology.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming or iLottery.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, data products, or machine learning concepts.
