Founding Engineer (AI/AdTech)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid with 3 days onsite

Salary: €90,000–€130,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own product areas from problem definition through design, delivery, production release, and iteration.
• Develop configuration, reporting, and self-service experiences for the advertising platform.
• Build AI-assisted workflows that simplify technically complex processes.
• Extend integrations with advertising demand and supply partners.
• Work with customers and publishers on product and integration challenges.
• Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, engineering standards, and AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• Strong track record of shipping production software.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems, make technical decisions, and work from incomplete specifications.
• Product-minded approach with an interest in user impact.
• Understanding of high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to improve the development process.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Dublin team with 3 days onsite.

Nice to have

• Early-stage startup experience.
• Experience with distributed, high-volume systems.
• AdTech knowledge including programmatic advertising, RTB, OpenRTB, Prebid, or VAST.
